Ayman Ismail
Ayman Ismail is an international expert in economic development and entrepreneurship. He is currently the Jameel Endowed Chair of Entrepreneurship at the American University in Cairo (AUC) School of Business and the Founding Director of the AUC Venture Lab. He received his PhD in International Economic Development from MIT. Previously, he was a consultant with McKinsey & Company’s Business Technology Office in New York, a research fellow at Harvard Kennedy School, and a co-founder and Managing Partner at Enovio Consulting. He is a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader, and a co-founder and board member of the NGO Nahdet el Mahrousa. Ayman is also a cofounder, angel investor, and board member in several fast-growing startups in FinTech, logistics, and digital media. Ayman will be co-curating the MOVE track.
